The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies from 3 to 5 business days, depending on each individual item.

- Canada: 1-8 business days
- United States: 2-6 business days
Customs and import taxes
USA customers don't pay for any extra customs and import taxes.
Returns and exchanges
- We gladly accept return and cancellations

Send items back within: 3 days of delivery

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, on the unopened box/envelope, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
